As the name suggests, the Elements Basic Week is a no frills basic fitness week - Elements style! This is an ideal platform from which to build a healthier happier and more confident you. The ethos of work hard, play hard is the same throughout any of our training weeks the main difference being that this week is about building the foundations for great things to happen!

During the week you will take part in a number of elementary cardiovascular and strength training sessions, all of which are designed to ‘take you back to basics’ and develop greater stamina, strength and speed the three core components of good overall fitness gains.

By the end of the week you will be gasping for more and your next challenge is to complete an ‘Elements Extreme Week’....
