The Elements Extreme Week will challenge you both mentally and physically. As with all Elements Training Weeks the activities you will undertake are back to basics and no nonsense, designed to build greater levels of stamina, strength and speed.

The Elements Extreme Week is designed for those moving up from the Elements Basic Week, or for those with a sound level of physical fitness. You will notice a significant difference in the types of activities you will take part in and the increased intensity of these activities. During the week each activity will place a different emphasis on the muscles fibres recruited and the intensity they are placed under, so you will be able to work harder for longer!

All Elements Training Weeks are great fun and at the end of which you will feel extremely proud of your accomplishments and what you have achieved.
