Typical Day - Basic Week
The Basic Weeks are designed to give you a taste of what a Full Extreme or Beast Week will entail. During the Basic Week expect to complete a selection from the following: Running sessions, Road Cycling, Mountain Biking, Elements fitness tests, boot camp style circuit training, beach circuits, stretcher racing and resistance training sessions. During the cycling activities you will be using top of the range specialized carbon fibre road bikes and specialized full suspension mountain bikes.
Our weeks are tough with a twist and due to the nature of elements weeks we are not going to provide a weekly programme so here is a sample day:

0800 – The morning sun salute: yoga + jog (be prepared for a surprise)
0900 – Breakfast
1000 – Elements activity from the list above!
1300 – Lunch
1500 – Optional weekly classes
1600 – Elements circuit training
1700 – Stretch class or spinning
1900 – Team dinner
