Depending on the week you are undertaking will determine the types of activities you will complete, there frequency and there severity! Most weeks will include at least one session of each! A list of activities is as follows:
Mountain biking Road cycling (group cycling and time trials) Running sessions (including the New balance timed hill run) Military Fitness tests Boot camp sessions Circuit training Resistance training Beach circuits Kayaking Climbing Swimming Pool circuits Sports competitions (team games) Multi activity trips Yoga and stretch classes A combination of the above!!
