Typical Day - Extreme Week

Each day will be action packed with no two days the same. During your week expect to complete the following: Mountain biking, challenging uphill road races, our New Balance timed runs, Elements fitness tests, boot camp style circuit training, running sessions, pool circuits, mountain climbing, beach circuits, sea kayaking, stretcher racing and resistance training sessions. During the activities you will be using top of the range specialized carbon fibre road bikes and specialized full suspension mountain bikes.

Our weeks are tough with a twist!

Throughout Elements Training Weeks there is always the opportunity to win a top of the range pair of New Balance trainers or Holiday Vouchers courtesy of our partners. Completion of an Elements Training Week also counts towards possible selection for the Elements Training Team which will compete in a high profile adventure race all expenses paid.

Due to the nature of elements weeks we are not going to provide a weekly programme so here is a sample day:

0800 – The morning sun salute: yoga + jog
0900 – Breakfast
1000 – Kayak practice 
1200 – Lunch
1300 – Sea Kayak journey to local village and run/walk back!
1600 – Beach volleyball
1700 – Stretch class
1900 – Dinner
