Elements Training Weeks are like no other you will have seen before! From the moment you book you will notice that the correspondence is very personal and when you arrive at the 4 star resort the modern rooms with internet access are a perfect place to rest after a hard day of activities! Along with a fantastic resort set up you will receive your ‘Elements Training’ welcome pack (see individual weeks for more details)
Elements Training have devised a series of challenging and entertaining weeks, each of which have mix of Nordic walking, hiking, circuit training, resistance training, gym work, jogging, running, cycling, mountain biking, pool circuits, swimming sessions, climbing, abseiling and kayaking (depending on which week you book). Also included are stretch classes and other recreational activities, all designed to deliver a significant increase in your fitness levels and leave you feeling energised and motivated to take on new adventures!
We offer three core weeks of physical fitness and adventure training, from the moderately difficult to a ‘full on’ week known affectionately as “THE BEAST”. No one else offers training quite like ours!
